ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this action is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the defendant on the ground of having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one year or on grounds of willful desertion and abandonment. IT APPEARING by affidavit that: the defendant's present whereabouts are unknown and his last known address was at the marital residence in Lynchburg, Virginia and diligence has been used by or on behalf of the plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the defendant is without effect, and UPON CONSIDERATION thereof: It is ORDERED that the defendant appear before this Court on or before November 15, 2021 and protect defendant's interests herein. It is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Lynchburg News & Advance, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Lynchburg.
