TRUSTEE'S SALE 2005 Kingston Avenue Lynchburg, VA 24501 In execution of the Deed of Trust dated December 22, 2004 and recorded on December 27, 2004 in Instrument # 040013214 of the City of Lynchburg land records, Trustee Services of Virginia, LLC, the appointed Substitute Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction at the front of the Circuit Court for the City of Lynchburg, 900 Court Street, at Lynchburg, Virginia on September 3, 2020 at 2:00 PM the property more particularly described in the aforementioned Deed of Trust, located at the property address listed below and briefly identified as follows: That certain house and lot known as No.2005 Eighth Street (also known as No. 2005 Kingston Avenue), being Lot No. 5 on the plat of Craddock Heights which is of record in the Clerk's Office of the Corporation Court of the City of Lynchburg in Deed Book 95, page 450. The said lot begins at a point 74.30 feet from the corner of Eight and Orchard Streets, and runs thence with a line of Eight Street 40 feet, and thence back at right angles to Eight Street 115.05 feet on the side nearest Orchard Street and 113.90 feet on the opposite side, to a twenty foot alley in the rear, together with the joint and common use of said alley. It being the same property con- veyed unto Betty D. Davis by deed dated December 15, 2004, from Jason C. Hinds, of record in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office for the City Of Lynch- burg, Virginia at Instrument # 040013213.
