The City of Danville today launched its 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey, giving members of the community an opportunity to share their experiences with City services and help shape future programs, priorities and decisions.
The survey will remain open for six weeks and is available to anyone who uses City of Danville services.
Built around the message “Your voice shapes Danville,” the survey gives the community a direct way to tell the City what is working well, what needs attention and what matters most.
Feedback will help City leaders and staff better understand the experiences and priorities of the people they serve and will help inform decisions involving City services, streets, parks, public safety, programs and the budget.
“Every day, people across our community rely on City services in different ways,” City Manager Ken Larking said. “We want to hear from the people we serve about what we are doing well, where we can improve, and what matters most to them. The more people who participate, the better we can understand the needs and priorities of our community and use that feedback to guide our decisions going forward.”
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Responses are confidential and will never be tied to a respondent’s name or address.
The City has contracted with Zilo International Group to conduct the survey and lead community outreach. On behalf of the City, Zilo will reach residents and community organizations through direct mail, email, social media and other outreach efforts.
Outreach will prioritize broad and diverse participation to help ensure the City hears from a representative cross-section of the community.
