Ingram provided a presentation on polygraph testing, explaining both the scientific principles behind the process and the extensive training required to become a certified examiner. Members learned about how polygraph examinations are conducted, the physiological responses that are measured and the role these tests can play in investigations and risk management. Ingram is also the chair of the Danville-Pittsylvania Regional Industrial Facility Authority and vice chair of the Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors.
